She has written hit TV series including DYNASY and KNOTS LANDING, and teaches screenwriting classes at UCLA. Her novel "The Scandalous Summer of Sissy LeBlanc" was a New York Times bestseller.
 
Gerry Conway  started writing comic books at the age of 15 and was named editor of Marvel Comics at 24. He created THE PUNISHER and FIRESTORM for Marvel, and as a writer for SPIDERMAN infamously "killed" Gwen Stacy. More recently, Conway has written and produced series including DIAGNOSIS MURDER and LAW AND ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT.
Robert Hewitt Wolfe co-created, with Gene Roddenberry, the popular television series ANDROMEDA. He has written and produced genre hits included THE 4400, THE DRESDEN FILES, and STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE. His long-awaited miniseries adaptation of Philip Jose Farmer's RIVERWOLD will soon air on SYFY.
 
Barney Cohen is proud that his creation FOREVER KNIGHT is listed as both one of TV's cult classics and one of its guilty pleasures. He also created SABRINA THE TEENAGE WITCH and DOOMRUNNERS, and wrote the horror classic FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE FINAL CHAPTER. Before conquering Hollywood, Cohen was a Madison Avenue ad man.

Carlton Eastlake is a writer's writer, a member of the Board of Directors of both the Writers Guild of America and PEN USA. His television credits include writing and producing award-winning series such as FARSCAPE, SEAQUEST DSV, THE OUTER LIMITS, EARTH: FINAL CONFLICT and THE BURNING ZONE.
 
Iris Berry: Songwriter (The Ringling Sisters, the Lame Flames), poet (featured in The Outlaw Bible of American Poetry alongside Allen Ginsberg) and journalist (The Underground Guide to Los Angeles), Berry is a hipsters’ hipster. She brings a fresh perspective to writing and to life.
   

Your host is Ethlie Ann Vare, an award-winning historian (Mothers of Invention, Patently Female), novelist (Andromeda: The Broken Places), journalist (Daily Variety, the New York Times, ELLE Magazine) and screenwriter (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Strong Medicine, Jane Doe, Renegade, Silk Stalkings and others).
